We offer several delivery methods:

• Face-to-face delivery in-game
• In-game mail for orders containing up to 30 items
• Froob mule account prepared specifically for your order
• Temporary account access when required for certain services

You can select your preferred method during checkout. Availability may depend on the type and size of your order. If your selected method is unsuitable, we will contact you to arrange the best alternative.

We arrange a convenient time and location to meet your character in-game and trade the items directly to you.

Your items are sent to the character name provided during checkout. Mail delivery is available for orders containing a maximum of 30 items, so please make sure the character name is entered correctly.

Once your order is ready, we provide the username and password for a mule account containing your items. Log in normally using the supplied credentials and transfer the items to your own character.

Most standard orders are ready within an hour. Larger, customized, or availability-dependent orders may require additional time. We will contact you if a significant delay occurs.

We will contact you through the email address provided during checkout with your delivery details and any required instructions.

Yes. Temporary account access is required to complete Twinking Services and Character Packs directly on your character. Your credentials are handled confidentially and deleted after the service is completed.

Yes. We can prepare the required equipment and deliver it to your character instead. Contact us if you prefer this option, and we will adapt the order to your needs.

Yes. If you want specific equipment, a particular build, or another customization, contact us to discuss the available options. We will adapt the package wherever possible.

Most orders are completed within a few hours. The exact time depends on the level, complexity, equipment requirements, and requested customization.

Yes. Temporary account access is required to complete a Powerleveling Service. Your credentials are handled confidentially and deleted after the service is completed.

The estimated completion time is displayed under each Powerleveling option. Actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on starting conditions and in-game availability.

Account credentials are requested only for services that require temporary access. They are used solely to complete the purchased service and deleted afterward. For additional security, we recommend using a temporary password and changing it once the service is finished.

Yes. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the undelivered products or services. If another issue occurs, contact us so we can review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, replacement, or refund.
